Harley-Davidson® has a long and storied history here in the mountains of North Carolina with multiple dealership operators representing this great and iconic brand. In 2012 the current owner took on the task of taking the brand to great heights. With a beautiful facility on Patton Cove Rd. in Swannanoa and a seasoned and professional team of employees that undertaking is well underway. In 2016, Harley-Davidson® of Asheville earned the GOLD BAR AND SHIELD Award. In 2012 and 2013, Harley-Davidson® of Asheville was awarded the Bronze Bar and Shield Circle of Excellence Award. This award places the dealership among the best in the country with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and dealership operations.

Another integral component of this undertaking is The Smoky Mountain H.O.G.® Chapter. This great group embodies the spirit of the dealership and truly "Lives to Ride." An active and benevolent group, they log thousands of miles each year and are a large contributor to the Smoky Mountain Toy Run held the first Saturday in December each year as well as other local charities.
